Director’s Note: The scariest words I’ve heard in my life were, “I’m sorry, but you’ll have to wait outside of the building.” I have a life policy to give energy to things I can control and avoid sending energy to things out of my control. Those words put me into a state of panic as suddenly I was overwhelmed with the weight of all that I could not control. As I state there, I found myself coping through thoughts that turned to memories, memories that turned to dreams, and dreams that turned to one nightmare. This play is an exploration of those dreams and a confrontation with that nightmare. As you go through this play, I encourage you to relinquish your control in this world and let us show you a dream.
